Clinical Consultations and Trainings
Heartwood Care Collective supports clinicians at every stage of their professional journey, grounded in the same values of dignity, reciprocity, and sustainable growth that shape all of our work. We offer pathways toward ACS endorsement for those deepening their supervisory practice, supervision training and consultation for therapists ready to step into that role, and our monthly, lunchtime consultation group where supervisors gather in community to think together and grow, lovingly referred to as Soup of Sup. We also provide professional trainings focused on financial wellbeing, because we believe therapists deserve to build practices that are not only meaningful, but sustainable and well-compensated.
Like the ecosystems we draw inspiration from, we are invested in flourishing at every part of healing process, including the healers themselves.

Cost:
Soup of Sup is an in person, monthly, group supervision consultation for supervisors looking to connect with peers, receive guidance in thier work, and anchor to thier theory for supervision practice. This group occurs on the 3rd Friday of every month and lunch is provided.

Cost: $200 for a 90 minute session
Supervision consultation provides supervisors or aspiring supervisors with an opportunity to consult on supervisee cases, review documentation and processes, and understand the scope of a clinical supervisor. We can use the time to boost your understanding of your role as a supervisor or talk specifically about current issues you’re facing in your supervision practice. If you later decide to seek the ACS credential and work with Heartwood for the endorsement, the cost of any consultations will be applied to your investment in that certification.

Cost: $2000 for ten one hour sessions and endorsement toward credential
Supervision endorsement to satisfy the requirements for certification as Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
This service provides the required 10 hours of supervision review including the observation of individual clinical supervision sessions, as well as documentation review. Endorsement for supervision shall be provided on the required form once 10 sessions are completed and oversight of 100 hours of clinical supervision are completed.
10 1:1 sessions to be completed in the time frame of no less than 6 weeks and no more than 8 months

This training is for the established mental health professionals seeking to advance in thier career by providing clinical supervision. The training is offered virtually, with a hybrid of synchronous and asynchronous learning through the Heartwood Clinical Collective.
This Clinical Supervisor Training consists of 8 hours of content. Upon completion of the course, the learner will receive documentation of completion. Included in this training are tools such as contracts, worksheets, tracking documents, and professional development activities that can be used by the learner in their role as a supervisor. This service is for fully licensed clinicians who are seeking support with a professional or clinical issue. It is intended to provide advice and guidance to assist you in your practice.
