clinical supervision

Heartwood Care Collective offers clinical supervision rooted in the same values that shape all of our work. Our individual clinical supervision provides a one-on-one space for clinicians to deepen their practice within a relationship built on trust, curiosity, and care. We invest in the growth of clinical committed to developing a practice rooted in anti-oppressive practice and intersectional approaches. Our group clinical supervision creates community around the work, where the wisdom of collective reflection becomes its own source of nourishment. And for clinicians ready to grow beyond licensure, our practice development coaching supports the building of practices that are not only clinically grounded, but sustainable and well-compensated.

Like the heartwood at the center of the tree, we provide a strong foundation for the start of your professional journey.
